Each of our out call days is attended by a Veterinarian and a Veterinary Nurse. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and is to be paid upon confirmation of your appointment. An estimate will be emailed to you prior to the visit, and we will contact you 1-2 days before. We require full payment of your account on the day. As an outcall appointment reserves a dedicated Veterinary Team and travel time, late cancellations and non attendance may incur an outcall booking cancellation fee.  

Each appointment will have a travel component added depending on the distance from the clinic. 

For the day to go ahead, we require a minimum of 3 appointments. This allows us to spread the travel costs better. We encourage our Equine clients to consider getting a group together at one place.
